The real estate market in Greece, particularly in expanding hubs like Thessaloniki, demands digital platforms that look premium while remaining highly functional and conversion-oriented. Most competitors rely on generic, slow WordPress templates or rigid off-the-shelf CMS solutions that offer limited flexibility. ArtHome required a platform that breaks away from these standard templates. Beyond a sophisticated property browsing engine and an authoritative presentation of their legal/engineering services, the goal was twofold: to capture ArtHome's deeply human-centered (anthropocentric) philosophy and to deliver a completely custom-built web application that offers tailored features, and a unique brand identity.

KMB stepped in to engineer ArtHome's digital environment entirely from scratch, bypassing cookie-cutter CMS tools to deliver a 100% custom architecture. Our UI/UX team crafted an elegant, highly responsive interface centered around an empathetic, human-first user journey. Our engineering team built a high-performance frontend using Next.js, completely optimizing loading times and SEO. We developed a proprietary, flexible filter and search subsystem from the ground up, coupled with custom UI modules—such as interactive before/after renovation showcases—ensuring a seamless, lightning-fast browsing experience across all devices. Furthermore, the platform was engineered to seamlessly integrate with ArtHome's existing CRM via a custom API, allowing them to manage property listings and centralize all client data directly within their familiar CRM—without the need to migrate any existing data.
