The goal of the project was to develop the Converse greek online store. Our Team had to work under very specific and strict guidelines and deadlines in order to deliver an e-shop that: - Has the highest possible security standards - Comply perfectly with the style and features' system of Converse - Passes a number of security and quality checks executed by the central Converse IT dept
Ideate
Our approach to the specific project was simple yet powefrul. We established solid connections and regular communication with the various key stakeholders of the project, including Product Owners, Converse IT representatives and our Clients' CRM IT support. With a methodical approach and focus on target we managed to connect all sub-systems and comply with the strict standards that Converse set for this project.

The e-shop was delivered on time, passed all security and quality checks and has started its operation in the greek market, under our constant support.
