Define
The task was to build a complete poster management and presentation platform for scientific conferences. It would facilitate the process of handling, editing and managing posters, saving a lot of time and enhancing the participants' experience.
Ideate
The posters management system would need to include tools and features for organizers to manage the submission and review process of scientific posters. This may include features such as online submission forms, automated review systems, and communication tools to notify submitters of the status of their posters. In addition, the posters presentation system may include tools for presenters to upload and display their digital posters during the conference. This may include features such as interactivity, video and audio support, and tools that allow attendees to ask questions and provide feedback.

The Posters Project has proven to be a very useful tool for scientific conferences to streamline the process of managing and presenting scientific posters in a digital format, providing a more efficient and interactive experience for attendees.
